Welcome to Unmuted Clothing Co.! We are a husband (Adam) and wife (Christine) duo from Barrie, Ontario. The seeds of Unmuted were planted in the spring of 2018 when Christine was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. In hindsight, the signs were there but the diagnosis felt as though it came out of nowhere and, at the time, seemed to create more questions than answers. During her journey, Christine found guidance and support from local mental health resources, but also became acutely aware of how misunderstood and unappreciated mental health still is. The pandemic has only exacerbated these issues for many and created more obstacles and barriers that many are having a hard time overcoming,

We understand the struggles that Christine had back in 2018 and wanted to create an apparel line to support and empower others to speak up. Our vision for Unmuted Clothing is to bring awareness to mental health while being comfortable, practical, and stylish. We also want Unmuted to support the resources that have made such a big difference in Christine’s life (and countless others!), so be proud to know that 10% of your purchase will be donated towards mental health resources within our community.
